Bowling

Knock down all the pins

Ten frames, ten pins, and one ball that has to find the gap between the head pin and the one next to it. You line up the shot, decide how hard to roll, and then watch physics settle the argument. Strikes carry forward into the next frame, so a good streak compounds quickly.

How to play

Playing Bowling

  1. 1

Slide the ball left or right along the foul line to pick your starting spot.

  2. 2

Set your power and release to send the ball down the lane at the pins.

  3. 3

Knock down all ten pins with the first ball to score a strike.

  4. 4

Roll a second ball at whatever stands; clearing the rest of them is a spare.

  5. 5

Miss the pins entirely and the ball rolls into the gutter for zero points.

  6. 6

Score a strike as ten plus your next two balls, and a spare as ten plus one.

Tactics

Three ways to get better at Bowling

  • Aim for the pocket

Hitting the head pin dead center is the worst outcome you can aim for. It splits the rack and leaves corner pins standing. Target the gap beside it, the pocket, and let the pins do the work on each other.

  • Adjust your start position

When a shot drifts, resist the urge to aim somewhere new. Shift your starting position a step sideways and keep rolling at the same target. That keeps one repeatable line and changes only the angle it takes.

  • Convert corner spares crosswise

For a single pin sitting on the far right, start your aim as far left as the lane allows and roll across it. The angle gives you a wider margin of error than a straight shot from directly behind the pin.

Inside Reel Games

Bowling in the swipe feed

Bowling lives one flick away in the Reel Games feed. Swipe up and the lane appears with the pins already set, no spinner, no wait. Every roll is computed on the device itself, so an elevator or a basement with zero bars still plays fine. Between frames there is nothing to skip past, because the app never runs ads.

Good for the last few minutes of a lunch break.
