Welcome to Reel Games ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe experience for users of all ages. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application ("App"). Reel Games is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for all ages.

We are committed to minimal data collection. Here is what we collect:

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we automatically generate and assign a unique, random username to your account. This username is not personally identifiable and cannot be traced back to you. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal information during account creation.

2.2 Game Data

We collect and store your high scores associated with your randomly generated username for display on our global leaderboard. This allows you to compete with other players while maintaining your anonymity.

2.3 Subscription Information

If you subscribe to Reel Games PRO, your payment is processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card details, or billing address. Apple handles all subscription transactions securely.

2.4 App Usage Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used, so we know which games people play and where the app is confusing or broken. This records events such as opening the app, starting or finishing a game, setting a personal best, and completing a purchase, along with general context such as your app version, whether you have a subscription, and how long ago you installed the app.

Firebase assigns a randomly generated app instance identifier so these events can be grouped into a session. It is reset if you delete and reinstall the app. This is a usage measurement identifier, not an advertising one: we do not collect the Identifier for Advertisers, we do not use any of this to advertise to you or to track you across other companies and their apps and websites, and we do not sell it.

We want to be clear about what we do not collect:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Location data or GPS information
• Photos, videos, or media from your device
• Contacts or address book information
• Browsing history or data from other apps
• Device identifiers for advertising purposes, including the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)
• Any sensitive personal information

We also do not track you across other companies and their apps and websites, and we do not sell or share your information with data brokers or advertising networks. The usage analytics described in section 2.4 are used only to improve this app.

The limited information we collect is used solely for the following purposes:

• To create and maintain your game account with a randomly generated username
• To record and display your high scores on the global leaderboard
• To provide and improve our gaming services
• To manage your PRO subscription status (active/inactive)

Reel Games offers both free and premium (PRO) experiences:

5.1 Free Version

Upon downloading and signing in, you can play a selection of games completely free of charge with no time limits.

5.2 PRO Version

To unlock access to all 40+ games, you may subscribe to Reel Games PRO. We offer flexible subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly, cancel anytime
• Yearly Subscription: Billed annually, cancel anytime

5.3 Subscription Management

All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain PRO access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds directly; all refund requests must be submitted through Apple.

Your high scores may be displayed on our global leaderboard alongside your randomly generated username. Since usernames are random and not connected to any personal information, your identity remains anonymous. Other players will only see your random username and scores.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we store. Your randomly generated username and high scores are stored securely on our servers. Since we do not collect personal information, the risk of sensitive data exposure is minimized.

You have the right to delete your account at any time. When you delete your account:

• Your randomly generated username will be permanently removed
• All your high scores will be deleted from our servers and the global leaderboard
• Your game progress will be erased
• This action is irreversible

To delete your account, navigate to the Profile menu within the App and select "Delete Account." If you have an active PRO subscription, please cancel it through your Apple ID settings before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.

Reel Games is designed to be safe and appropriate for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Our random username system ensures that no child can inadvertently share personal information through our App. Parents and guardians can feel confident that their children's privacy is protected while using Reel Games.

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and subscription payment processing
• Google Sign-In as an alternative method to create your account
• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Analytics): For your anonymous account, leaderboard storage, and the usage analytics described in section 2.4
• Superwall: For presenting subscription offers inside the app
• Apple Game Center: Optional, and only if you choose to connect it

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your data:
